Yes, when placing your order select the free ‘Local Pickup’ option on the payment page. You will receive an email notification when you place your order. Orders placed online must be paid through the website. All local pickup orders must be collected from our office in Pinewood Studios.

– What methods of payment do you accept?

Via PayPal, we offer Visa/Mastercard/Maestro and American Express. If you would like to pay with a different method, please contact us at info@unitbox.tv or +44 (0) 1753 657 002. We take all major credit and debit cards over the phone or in store. We also accept payments via bank transfer.

– When will my order arrive?

We work hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. If an item is out of stock or is no longer available, we will contact you via email or telephone. Our standard delivery service is between 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

We offer worldwide delivery on most items. Bulky or heavy products may incur increased shipping costs. We will contact you via email or telephone if there is an increase in shipping costs.

We are based in Pinewood Studios. You must contact us prior to arriving to make an appointment. You must report to the main Pinewood security and present valid photo identification and personal details for security clearance. Upon entry, you can make your way to our store.
